Biodynamics for all

Marion Haas and Stéphane Cozon have been experimenting with biodynamics for 30 years on their farm in the Drôme region. In this book, throughout the seasons, they offer an accessible introduction to this method and its practices so that everyone, consumer, gardener or farmer, can discover it, grasp it and implement it. Biodynamics is a method of agriculture and livestock farming that does not use any synthetic products. In this, it is related to organic farming, of which it is the originator, while going far beyond this single principle. Respecting and listening to the living, taking care of the Earth that we have polluted, considering the garden, the farm as an ecosystem where human beings, animals, plants, soils and all biodiversity are linked, cultivating our sensitivity and taking an interest in the movements of the cosmos...
