Description
Originally a sommelier, Éric Bordelet took over the family business in 1992 after a long apprenticeship with big names in the restaurant and wine world.
23 ha. of orchard ownership, (certified biology) cider apples, perry pears and corms.
Currently, organic farming (certified since 1996) supplemented by bio-dynamics (soil) seems to be the best suited in the qualitative sense of the fruit. Orchard in ownership, certified Qualité France.
Sidre Brut du Domaine Eric Bordelet is a true pearl of the French cider art. Made from carefully selected apples, this brut cider is distinguished by its finesse and authentic character. It offers delicate aromas of fresh apple, white flowers and a subtle touch of caramel. On the palate it is perfectly balanced, with a fine effervescence and a refreshing finish. Ideal to accompany seafood, light dishes or to enjoy as an aperitif, this cider is a perfect choice for lovers of quality craft drinks.
