The ongoing brewing revolution is based on an increase in product quality, with richer and new tastes. Beyond the number of breweries, the enthusiasm is due to the emergence of a diversity in beer styles. India Pale Ale, Porter, and Imperial Stout are surprising and tell new stories of bubbles and hops. This has led to beer gaining the interest of sommeliers and finding its place on the finest tables.
