Description

The Sentosphère Scent Lotto is a fascinating educational game that invites you to explore and develop your olfactory sense. Designed for young and old alike, this set includes 30 bottles of different scents ranging from fruits and flowers to spices and everyday items. Each scent is carefully selected to provide an enriching and playful sensory experience. Ideal for moments of sharing with family or friends, this game stimulates olfactory memory and offers a fun approach to learning about smells.

From exotic fruits or our undergrowth to garden flowers and the scent of everyday elements, rediscover the world in all its olfactory dimension thanks to the 30 cups of the Smell Loto. This game rich in discoveries allows a very rich exchange between parents and children.

The rules of the game are as simple as they are stimulating: all you have to do is recognize a smell and then associate it with the image it represents. The first player to complete his illustrated board without error wins the game!

Trade secrets

The scents were developed by Véronique Debroise, a perfumer, with a high demand for quality in order to educate the younger generations to have an olfactory culture with the most beautiful raw materials of perfumery and thus make them discover the smells of nature. The odours are then produced in our factory in the Yvelines.

A box created and manufactured 100% in France.

Directions for use

Our scent capsules are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years of olfaction and can last much longer if they are closed after each game with the right cap. Keep the game away from a heat source.

Can't recognize a smell? Don't panic, smell is a sense that needs to be worked on! Someone who is not used to recognizing smells without the help of a written material may find it a difficult exercise, but we guarantee that with a little practice, it will become a breeze.

Our first tip is to learn to categorize the smell you smell: is it sweet? Fruity? Wooded? Flower? etc.

Our second tip is to know what this smell evokes for you. Indeed, the sense of smell is the sense that has the most memory! A smell can therefore remind us of a season (the strawberries of summer), a person (the smell of lavender from your grandmother's cupboard), a dish, a shampoo, a place, etc. Automatically, this can help you make the connection and put a word on your olfactory sensation.

Finally, smells are like colors. They are full of nuances. In the same way that there are shades of green, there are multiple shades of apple : Green Apple, Golden, Granny Smith, Apple Juice, Applesauce... The smells offered in our games are therefore one of the many nuances of smell that we have tried to make as realistic and qualitative as possible.

Having difficulty naming a smell does not mean that we do not have a sense of smell, but just that we do not yet have the plasticity of the brain to make a link between the perceived sensation that arrives in the center of perception, the hypothalamus and the center of language. This is acquired over time, as perfumers and oenologists can do.
