Straight up wine

So, without revealing everything, since you will discover it as you go through the pages, what is this "Carrément vin"? A guide? No. Even though that's the answer given by all guide authors, in my case, it's true. It's a snapshot of wine tasting: one hundred portraits of winemakers, one hundred natural wines, made with nothing but grapes, or almost. These wines go by many names, and there's no agreement on THE term to use. Free, natural, living, rebellious, bare, authentic, pure... There are almost as many terms as there are sensitivities. Even though they only represent a tiny percentage of production, they are the ones that spark the most discussion. We either love to hate them or, on the contrary, defend them with stubborn bias. Let's try to define what these iconoclastic wines could be.
