This Chablis "Côte aux Prêtres" 2020 Domaine Athénaïs de Béru comes from a plot that takes its name from its proximity to an old pilgrimage route, leading to Vézelay to reach Compostela.

It is placed on a dome facing west. Its gentle slope, exposed to a small permanent wind, is composed of Kimmeridgian limestone scree and decomposed soils that release crystals and minerals.

The wines of the Côte aux Prêtres are distinguished by their salinity, maturity and concentration.
