Description

After a very successful first issue, FUSÉES, here is the continuation of the team's adventures: MONOPOLE magazine

For this second issue we are going to Burgundy!

Chablis, Pommard, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Cosnes-Sur-Loire, Volnay, Meursault, Macon, Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny...

14 winegrowers, strong personalities, singular stories, radical commitments and winegrowers who do not follow the trends ...in short, a diversity that reflects our society. All done in scoundrel establishments where the big pins are shared on and under the table.

  • Clos des Épeneaux (Pommard)
  • Fiona Leroy (Maranges)
  • The Dilettante
  • Nicolas Faure (Nuits-Saint-Georges)
  • Régis Rossignol Changarnier (Volnay)
  • Les Horées (Pommard)
  • Julien Altaber (Saint Aubain)
  • The Ruchotte farm
  • Alexandre Jouveaux (Uchizy)
  • Athénaïs de Béru (Béru)
  • Chavy Chouet (Meursault)
  • Marthe Henry Boillot (Meursault)
  • Oronce de Beler (Nuits-saint-Geoges)
  • The Sun
  • Mathieu Coste (Cosne-sur-Loire)
  • Vin Noé (Auxey-Duresse)
  • Julien Guillot (Cruzille)

And many other surprises await you...

Using full-frame photographs and long-term portraits, this large-format object (265 x 320 mm, folded in the French style) aims to probe the mental terroir of the new wine sellers: wine masters perched in their stars , hypercomets of no added sulfur*, herbal tea boosters and apostles of marsala sweetbreads.

Designed with love and craftsmanship by a photographer, talented authors, a trusted printer and lots and lots of good will, this self-published magazine has chosen freedom!</ p>

Full and total editorial freedom which has a price, but only one goal: you share the words and passion of these wine convicts – in the vineyard, in the cellar, in the kitchen or in the dining room – who work without filter.

Our subject is the winegrowers who are moving the lines, the dining cellars who are burning the boards, the tables which have something under their belt, the apprentice chemists who are seeing their cuti, the great elders who pass the hand and the young shoots who take up the gauntlet. Expats, outlaws and will-o'-the-wisps who inject new life into a vineyard that straddles traditions. In short, all those who make wine more beautiful, larger, more alive.

Printing is always entrusted to the Manufacture des deux ponts in Grenoble #printinFrance

The texts are entrusted to 3 nibs without added sulfur:

  • Jill Cousin (Regain, Milk, 180 c...)
  • Pauline Dupin-Aymard (Chassez Le Naturel, 12.5 c...)
  • Patrick Lebas (RN74, La Paulée de Meursault...)

The texts are fully translated into English and Japanese!
