Laure Gasparotto has a dream: to become a winemaker. Not just to taste and analyze legendary, forgotten, innovative wines, nor just to tell their stories, but to embark on the adventure herself. A mother of two children recently separated from their father, the narrator decides to make a complete change. Supported by a few friends, she leaves Paris and buys land in the terraces of Larzac.
