Angélus is one of those châteaux whose name has illuminated an entire appellation around the world. Hubert de Boüard has elevated it to the rank of the greatest by ensuring the highest level of demand at every stage of the creation of this Premier Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion. An oenologist and consultant, he is also the owner of Château Bellevue, very close to Angélus, and La Fleur de Boüard in Lalande de Pomerol.
