Here is the "Le Jurassien d'en Haut" knife created by Atelier Lepine with a new patented system for holding the blade in the open and closed position.
This new "Jurassien d'en Haut" model is made in the workshop of Jean Pierre Lépine, in the heart of the Jura.
Handle entirely shaped in boxwood, the very original shape of the handle provides an excellent grip.
Sandvick 12C27 stainless steel miter blade forged in Thiers.
