The Apple Brandy in Oak Barrel is an exceptional apple eau de vie from the estate's orchards. The apples, carefully handpicked, are fermented at 19°C for 14 days before being distilled using a double distillation Roh- und Feinbrand. The obtained distillate is then aged in oak barrels for 7 years, giving it a unique aromatic complexity.
