Jacky Durand is a reporter and culinary columnist at Libération where he publishes "Tu mitonnes" every Thursday and stories about food and drink in the Saturday Food pages. When not working, he follows café conversations, strolls in the city or countryside, forages, and cooks with minimal ingredients. He is the author of numerous works about local produce, and in 2019, his novel "Le cahier de recettes" (Stock) met with great success.
Photographer and art historian Laurent Dupont has conducted various reports at the Lutetia Hotel, Fauchon, Patrick Roger, the Maison du Chocolat, and the leather goods maker Moynat. He also works with the Robert Klein Gallery (Boston) as an associate correspondent for Europe. Passionate about cooking and gastronomy, he published "Le Prolongement du geste" (Éditions Keribus) in October 2014 and "Alexandre Couillon. Marine et végétale" (Éditions de l’Épure) in 2016.
