Their expertise spans several centuries, from the 14th to the 20th, with a particular interest in issues of heritage, environment, and climate. They contributed to the scientific dossier for the inscription of the Climats of Burgundy to the UNESCO World Heritage.

  • Thierry Gaudillère, photographer and journalist specializing in wine, brings his expert eye to this work. Winner of the World Food Photography Award in 2023 and 2024, he has already contributed to numerous reference works, such as The Hospices de Beaune or Le Monde Atlas de Vin.
